The revolution begins: Les Misérables is coming to Fairmont

Fairmont’s Music Department will bring Boubil and Schonberk’s Les Misérables to the Fairmont Auditorium on April 25, 27 and 28. All of the shows will begin at 7:30 p.m.

Les Misérables is about the struggle of ex-convict Jean Valjean and his road to redemption. The story takes place in France over a 17-year period.

Those students with lead roles in the musical are junior A.J. Breslin as Jean Valjean, senior Randall Jarusiewic as Javert, senior Matt Ebersbach as Javert understudy, senior Anna Crabill as Fantine, freshman Dani Carrington as Eponine, senior Colton Jones as Marius, junior Holly Gyenes as Cosette, junior Caroline Grogan as Young Cosette, senior Ananda Harris as Mme. Thenardier, senior Nick Lynch-Voris as Thenardier and 8th-grader Alex Wunder as Gavroche.

Tickets for students and seniors are $6; adult tickets are $8.
