Seven Fairmont Interactive Media students have been named finalists in the Intercollegiate Broadcast System’s High School Radio Awards competition.

Work by the following students was selected from entries across the country:

  • For Best Newscast: Tim Brooks, Adam McVay and  Harrison Webb
  • For Best Sports Play-By-Play: Colin Albanese
  • For Best Station Promo: Zoe Doria and Robert Thade
  • For Best Show Promo: Katie Madliger and Adam McVay

The Intercollegiate Broadcast System is an educational association originally created for college radio stations that began accepting high school members this year.
