Many showed their talent in the annual talent show

Fairmont High School held their annual Talent Show the evening of Tuesday, March 12, 2013 in the auditorium. Many students showed of their talents, including singing, euphonium, dancing, keyboards, percussion and playing guitars in order to compete for first place. Three teachers from Fairmont took on the role of the judges to determine who would win first, second and third place. Junior Josh Strange and freshman Ben Reineke did a percussion act by dueling marimbas, coming in first place. Taking second was senior Riley Wisenhunt who danced to Planxty Druiry, and coming in third place was senior Sam Bodary who sang as well as played the guitar to and original piece. Closing the talent show festivities was junior Sophie Lockhart who also sang to an original piece.
