Percussion Ensemble drums up victories

On Saturday, March 2, 2013, the Winter Guard International Dayton Percussion Regional Competition was held at Trent Arena. Forty-one groups from as far as Pennsylvania and Illinois competed. Kettering Fairmont’s Percussion Ensemble competed in the Scholastic World class along with Centerville High School. In the preliminary competition, Fairmont scored an 82.850, and in the finals performance, Fairmont scored an 85.150.
On Sunday, March 3, 2013, Fairmont competed in Mid East Performance Association’s Nutter Center Competition. The group scored an 82.65.
