Fairmont Industries student’s art picked for calendar

Artwork by Lauren Baker, a Fairmont Industries student, will be featured in the 2011 Environmental Calendar published by the Montgomery County Solid Waste District and Water Services Department.

The calendar will be distributed to schools, businesses, and city and county offices. In November, Baker and her family, along with her teacher, Jennifer Thompson, were guests at a reception hosted by the Montgomery County Board of Commissioners.
